Pre-heat the oven to 170C/325F.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Add the eggs to the flour mixture, whisking until combined.
Add the butter, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Add the desiccated coconut and combine until a thick batter is formed.
Scoop the batter onto the cupcake liners until about 3/4 full.
Bake the macaroons for 18 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
